Also, there is little chance of obtaining a scholarship from the university. Therefore, all applicants are encouraged to submit sound financial plans and to obtain necessary financial support prior to submitting applications. The university is able to exercise a fee waiver in limited cases.

Knowledge of French
All candidates must possess a mastery of English attested by one or other of the following tests: Test of English required uniform for obtaining the DEC, the Test of Written French Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sport or the Test of English writing UQAM. Applicants who are of R.O.C. nationality, who are overseas Chinese students, or who have
been the student of any school in the R.O.C. by foreign student admission and have graduated
or have been dismissed are not qualified for foreign student admission.

► Overseas Chinese who are not of R.O.C. nationality may choose to apply either to the
University for foreign student admission, or to the Ministry of Education for overseas Chinese
